Key takeaways
- Six telehealth services we have documented to the same standard cover what Ways2Well's telehealth patients come for, a labs-first evaluation, legally compoundable peptides and hormone care: Hone Health, Ivim Health, Midi Health, Mochi Health, PepScribe and System Labs. They are listed alphabetically, not ranked.
- The biggest difference is price disclosure. Ways2Well publishes its $99 peptide consult and care plans but no peptide price; Ivim, Midi, Mochi, PepScribe and System Labs list sermorelin at $129 to $219 a month before first-month discounts, and Hone publishes memberships but not medication.
- Ivim, PepScribe and System Labs name a pharmacy. Ways2Well, Hone, Midi and Mochi do not say which pharmacy fills their prescriptions.
- Hone, like Ways2Well, puts blood testing before any prescription; PepScribe does not require labs for peptide plans; the others sit in between.
- FDA's database showed one warning letter among them, to Ivim (February 20, 2026), and none for Ways2Well or the other five on October 10, 2026.
The Ways2Well alternatives we can document to the same standard are Hone Health, Ivim Health, Midi Health, Mochi Health, PepScribe and System Labs, each checked on its own website on October 9 or 10, 2026. Our Ways2Well review explains what Ways2Well offers and what it has said about peptides and sourcing, and our Ways2Well cost breakdown shows what its consults and care plans cost over a year; this page puts the alternatives on the same criteria.

How we chose these six
Each alternative offers at least one of Ways2Well's telehealth lines, a labs-first evaluation, peptides a licensed pharmacy may compound (sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione, PT-141, topical GHK-Cu) or hormone care, to patients in more than one state. Four are documented in our directory of online peptide clinics with facts read on their own websites on October 9, 2026; Ivim and Mochi in our Ivim Health and Mochi Health reviews from pages read on October 10. We searched FDA's warning-letter database for every name on October 10, 2026. Providers are in alphabetical order; the order is not a ranking.
We left out directory providers whose menus include compounds no pharmacy may legally make (Defy Medical, Ivy Rx and RegenMD Wellness) or name one as an example (Premier Hormone Health), those that listed no peptide beyond GLP-1 drugs when we checked (Henry Meds, Hims and Ro), and Marek Health, whose public pages name no peptides. We compare no alternatives for Ways2Well's in-clinic stem cell services, which are outside this site's scope.
Side-by-side comparison
Ways2Well's, Ivim's and Mochi's rows use their own pages as read on October 10, 2026; the others are as of October 9, 2026. Prices change; treat this as a dated snapshot.

How each differs from Ways2Well
Hone Health is the closest in model: a $65 biomarker test, then a telehealth consult in which an affiliated physician reviews the results, inside a membership of $25 or $155 a month. Like Ways2Well it does not publish medication prices or name a pharmacy. Its longevity menu lists NAD+ and glutathione rather than sermorelin.
Ivim Health sells sermorelin as a sublingual tablet at a published price and names its pharmacies, which Ways2Well does not, but adds a $74.99 monthly membership to every plan and requires labs only for its men's hormone program. No published human study has tested sublingual sermorelin, as our Ivim review explains. FDA sent Ivim a warning letter in February 2026 over how compounded GLP-1 products were labeled on its website.
Midi Health suits women whose first concern is perimenopause or menopause. Like Mochi's insured plan, it bills visits to insurance, which Ways2Well never does, and it sells sermorelin from $179 a month from a compounding pharmacy it does not name.
Mochi Health starts with a live 30-minute video visit, as Ways2Well's Clarity plan does with a 40-minute one, and publishes sermorelin and NAD+ prices, with a cheaper membership if you prepay. It does not name its pharmacies and treats labs as optional.
PepScribe is the opposite of Ways2Well on disclosure: it names its 503A pharmacy, publishes a price for every compound with no membership fee, and lists PT-141 and GHK-Cu cream as well as sermorelin and NAD+. It relies on an asynchronous intake outside the nine jurisdictions that require a live visit and does not require labs for peptide plans, which is defensible for NAD+ and weaker for sermorelin.
System Labs has the clearest short price list, with first-month discounts, names The Pharmacy Hub in Miami in its FAQ, and requires baseline labs for some therapies. Its oral sermorelin tablet, like Ivim's, has no published human study behind it; our sermorelin profile covers the injected doses that were studied.
For any of them, the legal limits are the same as at Ways2Well: sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione, PT-141 and topical GHK-Cu can be compounded; BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, ipamorelin and the other wellness peptides cannot until FDA completes rulemaking on the July 2026 committee votes (HPM 2026a), as our legal tracker records.
Without a telehealth membership
A clinician you already see can order the blood tests that matter (IGF-1 before sermorelin, for example) and send a prescription for a compoundable peptide to a licensed pharmacy you have checked with our pharmacy verification guide. Ways2Well's own terms allow the same: a prescription it issues can go to the pharmacy of your choice. Approved peptide drugs need no compounding pharmacy at all. For weight loss, Lilly sells Zepbound at $299 to $449 a month by dose to cash-paying patients with a prescription (LillyDirect terms), and Novo Nordisk sells Wegovy at $349 a month (Managed Healthcare Executive 2025); our tirzepatide cost guide covers insurance and Medicare routes. What you give up is the program around the drug: scheduled lab reviews and a clinician to message, which is what Ways2Well's care plans sell.
Questions to ask whichever you choose
- Which compound, at what dose, and is it one a licensed pharmacy may compound in October 2026?
- What is the total for the first year, including consults, labs, any membership and the medication?
- Which pharmacy fills it, in which state, and is it a 503A pharmacy or a 503B outsourcing facility?
- What labs come before the prescription, and for sermorelin, will IGF-1 be measured?
- What concentration is on the vial? Check every new label with the peptide calculator before the first dose.
Frequently asked questions
+Who are Ways2Well's competitors?
For its telehealth peptide and labs-first care, the services we have documented to the same standard are Hone Health, Ivim Health, Midi Health, Mochi Health, PepScribe and System Labs. Hone is the closest in model (testing first, then a physician consult, with a membership); PepScribe and System Labs are the most open about peptide prices and pharmacies. We do not rank them.
+Is there a cheaper alternative to Ways2Well for peptides?
Possibly, but Ways2Well does not publish peptide prices, so the comparison is incomplete. Its entry cost is a $99 consult, or $598 with a Clarity blood panel, before medication. PepScribe listed sermorelin at $153 a month on a three-month plan with no membership fee, and System Labs at $219 a month after a $109 first month, as of October 9, 2026. Compare the whole first year, including labs.
+What is the cheapest sermorelin online?
Among the services compared here, the lowest listed ongoing prices on October 9 and 10, 2026 were PepScribe's injectable sermorelin at $153 a month on a three-month plan and System Labs' oral tablet at $159 a month. Ivim's sublingual tablet was $129 for one month but requires a $74.99 monthly membership. No published human study has tested oral or sublingual sermorelin, so the cheapest form is not necessarily comparable.
+Which online peptide clinics name their pharmacy?
Of the services compared here, Ivim lists six compounding and two brand pharmacies, PepScribe names MediVera Compounding Pharmacy in Troy, Michigan (503A), and System Labs names The Pharmacy Hub in Miami in its FAQ. Ways2Well, Hone, Midi and Mochi did not say on the pages we read which pharmacy fills their prescriptions.
+Which online peptide providers require labs?
Hone and Ways2Well put blood testing first. System Labs requires baseline labs for some therapies, Midi orders labs within its care plans, Ivim requires them for its men's hormone program, Mochi offers them as an option, and PepScribe does not require them for peptide plans. For sermorelin, a baseline IGF-1 is the objective reason to prescribe, so ask whether it will be measured.
+Can any online clinic prescribe BPC-157?
Not as a product any pharmacy can legally fill. As of October 2026 BPC-157 is not on FDA's list of substances a 503A pharmacy may compound; FDA's advisory committee recommended it in July 2026, but nothing changes until FDA completes rulemaking. None of the six services compared here listed it.
