Nothing here creates a clinician-patient relationship. For prescribed medication, the dose and reconstitution instructions on your pharmacy label and your clinician's directions override anything on this site or in the app.

The app performs arithmetic on numbers you supply and quotes this site's datasets with citations. It never selects a dose, designs a protocol, recommends a vendor or sells anything. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.
