Ways2Well Pricing: Consults, Labs, Peptides
Ways2Well cost in October 2026: the $99 peptide consult, Clarity at $499, Core at $125 a month or $1,499 a year, a la carte consult prices, what peptides cost when no price is published, first-year totals, cancellation, refund and HSA rules.

Key takeaways
- Ways2Well publishes prices for consults and care plans, not for medication. On October 10, 2026 a 20-minute Connect call was free, the peptide consult cost $99, Clarity $499 one-time and Core $125 a month or $1,499 a year.
- Peptides are billed separately, at the pharmacy's rates plus the cost of Ways2Well's services, and no peptide price appears on the public site. Core members get 15 percent off prescriptions.
- Ways2Well's peptide page describes labs as required and its FAQ says outside labs are not accepted, so a first-time peptide patient may pay $598 (consult plus Clarity) before any medication.
- Core paid monthly costs $1,500 a year against $1,499 paid up front. Monthly Core requires at least two payments and charges one more after you cancel, and consults, lab panels and plan fees are non-refundable.
- No insurance is billed. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, but Ways2Well does not provide procedure or diagnosis codes.
Ways2Well charges $99 for a 20-minute peptide consult, $499 one-time for its Clarity plan (a comprehensive blood panel and a 40-minute visit) and $125 a month or $1,499 a year for its Core plan, as published on October 10, 2026. Peptides and other medication are billed separately, and their prices are not published. Our full Ways2Well review covers the clinical model, the peptides Ways2Well has named and its FDA record, and our Ways2Well alternatives compare providers that publish per-peptide prices.

Ways2Well prices, October 10, 2026
Every figure was read on Ways2Well's own pages that day. The shop's product pages reuse one description across several items, so confirm what each includes at checkout.
| What you buy | Published price | What it includes | Where Ways2Well states it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Connect | Free | A 20-minute phone call about your options | Care plans page |
| Peptide consult | $99 one-time | A 20-minute telehealth consult, required before a first peptide therapy; peptides extra | Peptide page, consult page |
| Clarity | $499 one-time | One comprehensive blood panel and one 40-minute video visit | Care plans page, FAQ |

| Champion | $667 a month or $7,999 a year | Coming soon; waitlist only | Care plans page |
| Continuum | $699 a year | Two lab panels a year with provider review; the terms add two consultations | Shop page and terms; not on the care plans page |

| Spot Check plus 20-minute consult | $200 | A targeted lab test and a 20-minute visit | Shop page, terms |

Sources: care plans, peptide consult, shop pages, FAQ, terms.
Two rules shape every bill. A care plan or consult buys a clinician's evaluation, not a prescription: the terms say no prescription is written without a clinical need and that no refund is due if you do not qualify (Ways2Well terms). And blood work must be Ways2Well's own, drawn at Quest, because outside labs are not accepted (Ways2Well FAQ).
The first visit and the first year
Our arithmetic from the published figures, before any medication, assuming prices hold for the year.
| Path | Paid at the start | First year, before medication |
|---|---|---|
| Peptide consult only | $99 | $99 |
| Peptide consult plus a Clarity panel | $598 | $598 |
| Core, paid yearly | $1,499 | $1,499 |
| Core, paid monthly | $125 | $1,500 |
| Core monthly, the shortest stay the terms allow | $125 | $250 over two payments |
| Clarity, then Core paid yearly | $499 | $1,998 |
| Champion, paid yearly (when available) | $7,999 | $7,999 |
Three things stand out. Paying Core yearly saves one dollar over paying monthly, so the monthly option is the more flexible one, within its two-payment floor. Whether a Core member must also buy the $99 peptide consult is not stated. And because the peptide page says labs are required while the $99 consult includes none, the realistic entry price for a peptide patient without a care plan is $598, plus the peptide itself. The terms also mention a 15 percent discount on Continuum for patients who enroll within 90 days of a Clarity visit, which would make that path $1,093.15, but Continuum is not on the care plans page; ask whether it is still offered.
What the peptides themselves cost
Ways2Well does not publish peptide prices. Its terms say prescribed medication is billed at the pharmacy's rates, plus included services, and that where its staff process the order Ways2Well may charge what it calls reasonable cost plus margin, to give a single payment (Ways2Well terms). Core's 15 percent discount on prescriptions applies to that figure (Ways2Well care plans).
For a sense of scale, these are typical cash prices across telehealth in October 2026, from our peptide therapy cost guide:
| Compound | Typical monthly cost elsewhere |
|---|---|
| Sermorelin injections | $150 to $400 (HealingMaps) |
| NAD+ injections at home | $105 to $350 (HealingMaps) |
| PT-141, compounded | $60 to $200 |
| Compounded semaglutide | $150 to $350 month to month (Testing.com) |
| Compounded tirzepatide | $180 to $300 typical |
A price only matters for a compound a pharmacy can lawfully make. Our review lists the peptides Ways2Well named in a 2024 blog post and which of them can be compounded; for any quote, check the compound against our legal tracker first.
When you get a quote, enter it below. The calculator opens with Core's $125 monthly fee; set that field to 0 if you buy only the consult. The vial price, strength and dose are placeholders, not Ways2Well figures: replace them with the numbers on your pharmacy quote and prescription. Our peptide calculator converts the dose into syringe units once the vial arrives.

Refunds, cancellation, insurance and HSA
Refunds. The terms list care plan fees, Clarity, a la carte services, peptide consults, lab panels, tests, consultations, missed visits and unused benefits as non-refundable once bought or begun (Ways2Well terms). The shop pages for consults and care plans nevertheless show a '30 day return' line, while the terms allow returns only of physical products in original condition, within 7 days of arrival (supplements only if unopened). Ask which applies before you buy.
Cancellation. Annual plans can be cancelled for the next renewal and stay active, without refund, to the end of the term. Monthly Core requires at least two billing cycles; after a cancellation request you are charged the next monthly payment, and cancellation takes effect before the following cycle. Plans cannot be paused, and unused visits and labs expire at the end of the term. Automatic payments can be revoked by email at least 15 days before the next charge.
Insurance and HSA. Ways2Well is not contracted with any insurer. It accepts HSA and FSA cards and can supply invoices and lab requisitions, but it does not provide CPT or ICD-10 codes (Ways2Well FAQ), which some plan administrators ask for. Our cost guide explains which prescription costs IRS rules treat as medical expenses.
What Ways2Well does not publish
- The price of any peptide, hormone or other prescription.
- Which pharmacy fills the prescription, which sets the medication price.
- Whether a peptide patient must buy a lab panel, and which one.
- Whether Core includes the peptide consult or charges it separately.
- Prices for stem cell, exosome and other in-clinic treatments.
Before you pay
- Ask for the monthly price of the specific compound at the dose you will be prescribed, in writing, before the consult if possible.
- Ask whether you need a lab panel first and which plan includes it.
- Ask which pharmacy fills the order, in which state, and whether it is a 503A pharmacy or a 503B outsourcing facility.
- Compare the whole first year, including the consult, labs and medication, with the per-product prices in our alternatives guide.
