Ivim Health Pricing: What You Actually Pay per Month

Ivim Health cost in October 2026: the $74.99 monthly membership plus compounded semaglutide from $75 and tirzepatide from $133 a month, sermorelin, NAD+ and Wegovy pill prices, the first three months worked out from published figures, and what Ivim does not publish.

Published October 12, 2026 · 7 min read

Key takeaways

  • Ivim Health charges a $74.99 monthly membership plus medication. On October 10, 2026 compounded semaglutide was advertised from $75 a month and compounded tirzepatide from $133 a month on a six-month plan, about $150 and $208 a month all-in at the starting price.
  • Medication is paid up front for the plan length and the membership is owed for the whole plan, so a six-month plan at the starting price commits you to $899.94 for semaglutide or $1,247.94 for tirzepatide.
  • Sermorelin tablets cost $129 for one month or $199 for two, NAD+ injections $129 or $149, and the Wegovy pill $149 to $299 a month by dose at Novo Nordisk's cash price; the membership is added to each.
  • Ivim's pages disagree on starting prices (its help center says $65 and $117) and do not publish per-dose prices, shipping costs or the one-month program price.
  • Against our cost guides, Ivim's all-in compounded prices sit at the low end of the typical telehealth range; brand GLP-1s through Ivim cost the manufacturer price plus $74.99.

Ivim Health costs a $74.99 monthly membership plus the medication. On October 10, 2026, its pages advertised compounded semaglutide from $75 a month and compounded tirzepatide from $133 a month on a six-month plan paid up front, sermorelin tablets at $129 for a month, and brand GLP-1s at the manufacturer's cash price or your insurance copay. The membership covers provider visits, coaching, the app and community access, not the drug. Our full Ivim Health review covers the clinical model, the named pharmacies and the company's FDA record, and our Ivim Health alternatives compares six other telehealth options on the same criteria.

Three rules shape every bill. Compounded programs are paid up front for the plan length (Ivim help center). The membership is charged automatically every month for the plan's duration and cannot be cancelled mid-term (Ivim membership agreement). And compounded medication ships at most two months at a time, each refill after a check-in.

The first three months, from published figures

Our arithmetic, at the advertised starting price, with the membership charged every month unless the page itself states a free first month. Shipping, coupons and any dose-based price increase are not included, because Ivim does not publish them.

PlanDue at the startMonths 2 and 3First three monthsWhole commitment
Compounded semaglutide, six-month plan ($75)$524.99 ($450 medication + $74.99)$149.98$674.97$899.94 over six months
Compounded tirzepatide, six-month plan ($133)$872.99 ($798 + $74.99)$149.98$1,022.97$1,247.94 over six months
Compounded tirzepatide, four-month microdosing plan ($150)$674.99 ($600 + $74.99)$149.98$824.97$899.96 over four months
Sermorelin tablets, a two-month then a one-month order$273.99 ($199 + $74.99)$278.98 ($74.99, then $129 + $74.99)$552.97Month to month after each order
Wegovy pill, cash, first three dose steps$149 (membership waived in month 1)$647.98 ($199 + $299 + two memberships)$796.98No minimum stated

Two things stand out. The membership is a large share of the cost at Ivim's cheapest prices: on the six-month semaglutide plan it is half the total. And a multi-month plan front-loads the spending, so the amount at risk if you stop early is most of the plan; the terms promise only a refund of unshipped medication on four- and six-month plans, minus $100 per undelivered three-month portion or $50 per two-month portion (Ivim terms).

How Ivim compares with brand and typical compounded prices

The comparison figures come from our peptide therapy cost guide, our tirzepatide cost guide and our directory of online clinics, all collected October 9 to 10, 2026.

OptionMonthly cost
Ivim compounded semaglutide, six-month plan, with membership$149.99 at the starting price
Typical compounded semaglutide through telehealth$150 to $350 month to month; $100 to $200 on 3- to 12-month plans
Ivim compounded tirzepatide, six-month plan, with membership$207.99 at the starting price
Typical compounded tirzepatide through telehealth$180 to $300; a 27-program tracker found a $249 median
Zepbound through Lilly's self-pay program$299 (2.5 mg), $399 (5 mg), $449 (7.5 to 15 mg); add $74.99 if prescribed through Ivim
Wegovy through NovoCare$349; add $74.99 if prescribed through Ivim
Ivim sermorelin tablets, one-month price, with membership$203.99
Sermorelin at other telehealth providers in our directory$153 to $233 for injections; $159 for an oral tablet ($79 first month)

At the starting price Ivim's compounded GLP-1s land at the low end of the telehealth range even with the membership. The comparison has limits: Ivim's figures are starting prices, the typical ranges often include the visit in the drug price, and the brand is cheapest at its lowest doses. It also leaves out the legal difference. Since the shortages ended, compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are lawful only for a patient with a documented clinical need the approved drug cannot meet, which our legal explainer covers; price alone is not such a need.

For sermorelin, Ivim's tablet is cheaper than most injectable programs only if you already pay the membership for another reason. It is also a different product: our sermorelin profile found no published human study of sublingual sermorelin, so the price per tablet says nothing about how much drug is absorbed. Whatever you buy, run the dose and vial concentration through the peptide calculator so you compare price per milligram.

What Ivim does not publish

  • The price at each dose of compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide; every figure is a starting price.
  • The one-month GLP-1 ID price, although the page lists one-month plans.
  • Shipping charges.
  • Why the help center's starting prices ($65 and $117) are lower than the program pages' ($75 and $133).
  • Whether the advertised free first month of membership applies to compounded programs.
  • Whether NAD+ costs $129 or is included in the membership, since its page says both.

Discounts, insurance, HSA and FSA

Coupons. A help-center article updated July 1, 2026 listed BEGINCARE15, 15 percent off a compounded GLP-1 program for new patients, and CONTINUECARE15 for returning patients without an active membership, each for one use and not combinable (Ivim help center). We did not test them, and the article does not say whether they apply to the membership.

Insurance. Ivim's prior-authorization team submits brand GLP-1 requests to most commercial plans but not to Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, TRICARE, VA or Kaiser plans (Ivim help center). Compounded drugs are cash. The membership fee is not refunded if a prior authorization is denied (Ivim terms).

HSA and FSA. The help center says Ivim accepts HSA and FSA cards. The membership agreement says membership fees are not eligible for insurance reimbursement and cannot be submitted to an HSA without independent verification (Ivim membership agreement). Our cost guide explains what IRS rules count as a medical expense.

Before you pay

  1. Ask for the price at the dose you are likely to reach, not the starting dose.
  2. Add the membership for every month of the plan and compare the whole commitment, not the monthly figure.
  3. Ask which pharmacy will fill the order and whether you could switch to the brand drug at Lilly's or Novo Nordisk's cash price.
  4. Read section 16 of the terms and the membership agreement before choosing a four- or six-month plan.

Frequently asked questions

+How much is Ivim Health per month?

A $74.99 monthly membership plus your medication. On October 10, 2026, compounded semaglutide was advertised from $75 a month and compounded tirzepatide from $133 a month on a six-month plan paid up front, so the all-in starting cost was about $150 and $208 a month. Brand drugs cost the manufacturer's cash price or your insurance copay, plus the membership.

+How much is Ivim tirzepatide?

Compounded tirzepatide was listed from $133 a month on a six-month plan, $150 on a four-month plan and $200 on a two-month plan in Ivim's microdosing table, plus the $74.99 membership; a help-center article updated October 6, 2026 said 'starting at' $117. Prices at higher doses are not published. Brand Zepbound or Mounjaro is billed at the manufacturer's or your insurer's price.

+How much is Ivim semaglutide?

Compounded semaglutide was listed from $75 a month on four- and six-month plans and $100 a month on a two-month plan, plus the $74.99 membership; the help center said 'starting at' $65. The six-month plan at the starting price commits you to $899.94 including membership.

+How much is the Ivim membership?

$74.99 a month, required for every program and for the whole length of any multi-month medication plan. The home page advertised the first month free without saying which programs qualify, and the Wegovy pill offer waived the first month. Ivim's membership agreement says the fees are non-refundable and not reimbursable by insurance.

+Does Ivim have a coupon code?

A help-center article updated July 1, 2026 listed BEGINCARE15, 15 percent off a compounded GLP-1 program for new patients, and CONTINUECARE15 for returning patients without an active membership, each usable once and not combinable. We did not test whether the codes were still active or whether they apply to the membership.

+How much is Zepbound through Ivim?

Ivim does not publish its own Zepbound price. With insurance, you pay your plan's copay after prior authorization; without it, Ivim's help center points patients to the manufacturer's cash program, where our tirzepatide cost guide lists $299 to $449 a month by dose. Either way the $74.99 Ivim membership is added.

+Does Ivim take insurance?

For brand GLP-1 drugs on most commercial plans, through prior authorization; not for Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, VA or Kaiser plans. Compounded drugs and the membership are cash, and the terms say the membership fee is not refunded if a prior authorization is denied.
