Ivim Health Alternatives: 6 Telehealth Options Compared
Six Ivim Health alternatives from our verified clinic directory, Henry Meds, Hims, Midi Health, PepScribe, Ro and System Labs, compared on GLP-1 and sermorelin offers, prices, states, clinician model, named pharmacy, labs and FDA letters, plus the brand cash routes. No ranking.

Key takeaways
- Six telehealth services from our verified clinic directory cover the two things most Ivim patients buy, GLP-1 care and sermorelin: Henry Meds, Hims, Midi Health, PepScribe, Ro and System Labs. They are listed alphabetically, not ranked.
- The main structural difference is the membership. Ivim adds $74.99 a month to every plan; PepScribe prices per product with no membership fee, System Labs prices per product, Henry Meds bundles everything into one payment, and Hims charges its own $149 monthly membership after a $39 first month.
- Only PepScribe and System Labs name a pharmacy on their sites besides Ivim. Hims is the one alternative with FDA warning letters on file (September 9, 2025); Ivim received one dated February 20, 2026.
- For brand GLP-1s, the manufacturer cash programs need no telehealth membership: Zepbound costs $299 to $449 a month through Lilly's self-pay program and Wegovy $349 through NovoCare, with a prescription from your own clinician.
The six Ivim Health alternatives we can document to the same standard are Henry Meds, Hims, Midi Health, PepScribe, Ro and System Labs, each checked on its own website on October 9, 2026 for our directory, plus the brand manufacturers' cash programs for anyone who wants Zepbound or Wegovy without a telehealth membership. Our Ivim Health review explains what Ivim offers and its FDA record, and our Ivim Health cost breakdown shows what a plan there actually costs; this page puts the alternatives on the same criteria.

How we chose these six
Each alternative offers at least one of Ivim's two main lines, GLP-1 prescriptions or sermorelin, to patients in more than one state, and each is documented in our directory of online peptide clinics with facts read on its own website on October 9, 2026. We added no provider we had not verified to that standard. We updated the FDA column on October 10, 2026 by searching FDA's warning-letter database for every name. Providers are in alphabetical order; the order is not a ranking.
We left out three directory providers whose menus include compounds no pharmacy may legally make (Defy Medical, Ivy Rx and RegenMD Wellness), and those whose public pages name no relevant compound or price (Hone Health publishes medication prices only to members; Ways2Well names no peptides). The directory has their details.
Side-by-side comparison
Ivim's row uses its own pages as read on October 10, 2026; the others are as of October 9, 2026. Prices change; treat this as a dated snapshot.

How each differs from Ivim
Henry Meds is the closest match for compounded GLP-1s, with oral and microdose options, but its single monthly payment includes the visit, so there is no separate membership line. It does not name its pharmacy, does not publish prices outside checkout, and its FAQ says you may owe the balance if you leave a multi-month plan early without a medical reason, a term to compare with Ivim's.
Hims is a brand-first alternative with the largest GLP-1 lineup here. Its membership is pricier than Ivim's after the first month, and it carries two FDA letters from September 2025 over compounded semaglutide marketing. It has announced sermorelin, glutathione and NAD+ for the end of 2026 (The Peptide Catalog, August 2026); none was on sale when we checked.
Midi Health suits women whose first concern is perimenopause or menopause. It is the only service here that bills visits to insurance, and it sells injectable sermorelin from $179 a month alongside GLP-1 care, from an unnamed compounding pharmacy.
PepScribe names its 503A pharmacy, publishes per-compound prices with no membership fee, and offers both compounded GLP-1s and injectable sermorelin. Its intake is asynchronous outside the nine jurisdictions that require a live visit, and it does not require labs for peptide plans. Its GHK-Cu cream relies on FDA's interim policy for non-injectable GHK-Cu (see our GHK-Cu profile).
Ro is the option for someone who wants a brand GLP-1 and help getting it covered: its weight-loss program leads with FDA-approved drugs and an insurance concierge. It lists no sermorelin or other peptides, and its prices, pharmacy and state list were not on the pages we loaded.
System Labs is the nearest match for Ivim's sermorelin: it sells an oral dissolving sermorelin tablet as well as injections, with first-month discounts and per-product cash pricing. It does not list GLP-1s. Its FAQ names The Pharmacy Hub in Miami, which also appears on Ivim's pharmacy list. As with Ivim's tablet, no published human study has tested oral or sublingual sermorelin; our sermorelin profile covers the injected doses that were studied.
Brand GLP-1s without a telehealth membership
If what you want from Ivim is a brand GLP-1, the manufacturers sell directly to cash-paying patients with a prescription from any licensed clinician, including your own doctor.
- LillyDirect (Eli Lilly): Zepbound vials or KwikPens at $299 a month for 2.5 mg, $399 for 5 mg and $449 for 7.5 to 15 mg, when refills are on time; insurance cannot be combined with these prices (LillyDirect terms).
- NovoCare Pharmacy (Novo Nordisk): Wegovy at $349 a month for cash patients since November 2025 (Managed Healthcare Executive 2025); our cost guide also lists a lower introductory price for new patients in 2026 and the Wegovy pill from $149 to $299 a month.
- TrumpRx: a federal website, not a manufacturer program, that lists brand GLP-1s at the same or lower cash prices, Zepbound at an average of $346 (White House 2025). It does not write prescriptions (CBS News 2026).
The self-pay programs exclude people with Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE or VA coverage; our tirzepatide cost guide covers the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge and insurance routes. What you give up is the program around the drug: coaching, frequent dose check-ins and someone to message, which is what Ivim's membership sells.
Questions to ask whichever you choose
- What is the total for the whole plan, including any membership, at the dose I am likely to reach?
- Which pharmacy fills it, in which state, and is it a 503A pharmacy or a 503B outsourcing facility?
- If it is a compounded GLP-1, what patient-specific reason will the prescriber document? Our legal explainer explains why that matters.
- What labs will be ordered, and for sermorelin, will IGF-1 be measured?
- Can I cancel mid-plan, and what is refunded if I do?
Frequently asked questions
+What is the best online tirzepatide program?
We do not rank, because the right choice depends on whether you want the brand drug or a compounded one, insurance or cash, and a membership or not. Among the services compared here, Ivim, Henry Meds and PepScribe list compounded tirzepatide, Hims lists Zepbound and Mounjaro, and Ro focuses on brand GLP-1s with insurance help. Without any telehealth membership, Zepbound costs $299 to $449 a month by dose through Lilly's self-pay program with a prescription from your own clinician.
+What is the cheapest tirzepatide online without insurance?
The cheapest FDA-approved option is Zepbound through Lilly's self-pay program at $299 a month for the 2.5 mg dose, rising to $449 at 7.5 mg and above, plus whatever your prescriber charges. Compounded tirzepatide can cost less (Ivim advertised $133 a month on a six-month plan plus a $74.99 membership), but since the shortage ended it is lawful only for a documented individual clinical need.
+What is the best online semaglutide program?
There is no single best one. For the brand drug, Wegovy costs $349 a month through NovoCare without a telehealth membership, and Hims and Ro both prescribe brand GLP-1s, Ro with an insurance concierge. Compounded semaglutide is listed by Ivim, Henry Meds and PepScribe, legally limited to patients with a documented need the brand cannot meet.
+What is the cheapest sermorelin online?
On the providers' own pages in October 2026: System Labs listed an oral sermorelin tablet at $159 a month ($79 the first month) and injections at $219 ($109 the first month); PepScribe $189 a month or $153 on a three-month plan; Midi Health from $179; Ivim sublingual tablets $129 for one month plus a $74.99 membership. The doses behind those prices are not comparable, and no published human study has tested sublingual sermorelin.
+Does Ro offer peptides?
Not beyond GLP-1 drugs when we checked on October 9, 2026. Ro's weight-loss program prescribes brand GLP-1s with insurance support, and its site sells compounded erectile-dysfunction products, but we found no sermorelin, NAD+ or other peptide on its pages.
+Can telehealth prescribe peptides?
Yes, for peptides a licensed pharmacy may legally compound or a manufacturer makes, such as sermorelin, brand tesamorelin (Egrifta), bremelanotide and, within limits, semaglutide and tirzepatide, by a clinician licensed in the state you are in. No telehealth provider can legally prescribe BPC-157, TB-500 or other peptides that no pharmacy may compound.
+What is the most trustworthy peptide company?
We do not rank on trust. The checkable signals are a pharmacy named on the website and the label, labs where the drug calls for them, a menu limited to legally compoundable drugs, published prices for the second month and beyond, and no recent FDA warning letters, which you can search in FDA's database. The tables on this page show each signal for each provider.
