Mochi Health Pricing Explained

Mochi Health cost in October 2026: the $79 membership ($49 a month prepaid), per-dose prices for compounded semaglutide ($60 to $99) and tirzepatide ($90 to $199), brand GLP-1 and sermorelin prices, the first three months worked out, and what Mochi does not publish.

Key takeaways

  • Mochi Health bills a membership and medication separately. On October 10, 2026 the membership cost $79 month to month ($39 for a new patient's first month), or $207, $354 and $588 prepaid for 3, 6 and 12 months; the insured plan cost $119 for six months or $199 for twelve.
  • Compounded GLP-1s are priced by weekly dose, shipping included: injectable semaglutide $60 to $99 a month and tirzepatide $90 to $199, so the month-to-month total was $139 to $178 for semaglutide and $169 to $278 for tirzepatide.
  • The first three months at the lowest dose tier cost $377 for semaglutide and $467 for tirzepatide, including membership; at the top tier, $494 and $794.
  • Brand drugs cost the manufacturer's cash price or your copay plus the membership; Mochi lists Zepbound from $299 and Wegovy from $199. Sermorelin starts at $199 and NAD+ injections at $135.
  • Against our cost guides, Mochi's all-in compounded prices sit at or below the low end of the telehealth range, especially with a prepaid membership; its sermorelin sits at the high end.

Mochi Health costs a membership plus the medication. On October 10, 2026 the membership was $79 a month, or as little as $49 a month prepaid for a year, and Mochi priced compounded semaglutide injections at $60 to $99 a month and compounded tirzepatide at $90 to $199, depending on the dose prescribed, with shipping included. Brand GLP-1s cost the manufacturer's price or your copay on top of the membership. Our full Mochi Health review covers the clinical model, how pharmacies are chosen and the company's FDA record, and our Mochi Health alternatives compares other telehealth options on the same criteria.

Three rules shape every bill. The membership and the medication are separate charges, and medication is not included in the membership (Mochi terms). Medication subscriptions renew monthly at the price on the day the order is processed, which Mochi may change, and Mochi says the price can also depend on which pharmacy fills the order (Mochi per-dose pricing). And a prepaid membership is not refunded if you leave early: cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term.

The first three months, from published figures

Our arithmetic, assuming the same price tier every month, a month-to-month membership with the $39 first month ($197 over three months), no taxes and shipping included as Mochi states. If the free first month advertised in the site banner applies to you, subtract $39. Your prescriber sets the dose and when it changes; the tiers below are prices, not a dosing schedule.

PlanMonth 1Months 2 and 3First three months
Compounded semaglutide, $60 tier$99 ($60 + $39)$278 ($139 each)$377
Compounded semaglutide, $99 tier$138$356 ($178 each)$494
Compounded tirzepatide, $90 tier$129$338 ($169 each)$467
Compounded tirzepatide, first three tiers in turn ($90, $119, $144)$129$421 ($198 + $223)$550
Compounded tirzepatide, $199 tier$238$556 ($278 each)$794
Zepbound at Lilly's self-pay prices, label steps 2.5, 5 and 7.5 mg$338 ($299 + $39)$1,006 ($478 + $528)$1,344
Sermorelin at the $199 starting price$238$556 ($278 each)$794

Two things follow. At Mochi's lowest tiers the membership is more than a third of the bill, so how you pay it matters: prepaying six months ($354) beats paying monthly from the fifth month, and prepaying twelve ($588) from the eighth, but only if you stay. Over a year, compounded tirzepatide costs $1,668 at the $90 tier or $2,976 at the $199 tier with the 12-month membership, and semaglutide $1,308 to $1,776. And because the price now follows the dose, the first months are the cheapest ones; ask for the price at the dose you are likely to reach.

How Mochi compares with brand and typical compounded prices

The comparison figures come from our peptide therapy cost guide, our tirzepatide cost guide, our directory of online clinics and our Ivim Health cost breakdown, collected October 9 to 10, 2026.

OptionMonthly cost
Mochi compounded semaglutide with month-to-month membership$139 to $178
Same with a 12-month prepaid membership$109 to $148
Typical compounded semaglutide through telehealth$150 to $350 month to month; $100 to $200 on 3- to 12-month plans
Mochi compounded tirzepatide with month-to-month membership$169 to $278
Same with a 12-month prepaid membership$139 to $248
Typical compounded tirzepatide through telehealth$180 to $300; a 27-program tracker found a $249 median
Ivim compounded tirzepatide, six-month plan, with membership$207.99 at its starting price
Zepbound through Lilly's self-pay program$299 (2.5 mg), $399 (5 mg), $449 (7.5 to 15 mg); add Mochi's membership if prescribed through Mochi
Wegovy through NovoCare$349 ($199 for the first two fills for new patients in 2026); add the membership
Mochi sermorelin at the starting price, with month-to-month membership$278
Sermorelin at other telehealth providers in our directory$153 to $233 for injections; $159 for an oral tablet

Mochi's compounded GLP-1s land at or below the low end of the telehealth range, and well below the brands at most doses, even after the membership. The comparison has limits: Mochi's tiers are per dose while many competitors quote one price, Mochi calls its figures a representative rate that can vary by pharmacy, and the typical ranges often include the visit. It also leaves out the legal difference. Since the shortages ended, compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are lawful only for a patient with a documented clinical need the approved drug cannot meet, which our legal explainer covers; price is not such a need.

Sermorelin is the exception: Mochi's $199 starting price sits inside the $153 to $233 range in our directory, but with the membership, $278 a month, it is above it, although some of those programs bill visits separately. Whatever you buy, run the dose and vial concentration through the peptide calculator so you compare price per milligram.

What Mochi does not publish

  • A price for the 4.5 and 6.48 mg semaglutide doses listed on the product page.
  • Dose-by-dose prices for the semaglutide pill, orforglipron, sermorelin and NAD+; only starting prices.
  • Which pharmacy will fill the order, or how much the price varies between pharmacies.
  • Visit copays on the insured plan, which Mochi says it shows before you commit.
  • Which first-month offer applies: $39 on the weight-loss page and in the pricing article, free in the site banner.

Insurance, Medicare, HSA and FSA

Insurance. On the Covered With Mochi plan, provider visits are billed to insurance with the copay shown first, and Mochi's team handles prior authorizations for brand GLP-1s on your formulary (Mochi FAQ). Compounded medications are cash.

Medicare. Mochi's Medicare page offers help applying for the temporary GLP-1 Bridge, handles the prior-authorization paperwork and fills prescriptions at a retail pharmacy or through LillyDirect (Mochi Medicare page). It lists Mounjaro and Ozempic alongside a line about a $50 copay; the Bridge drug list in our tirzepatide cost guide covers the Zepbound KwikPen, Wegovy and Foundayo and excludes Mounjaro, so ask which copay applies to the drug you are prescribed.

HSA and FSA. Mochi's FAQ says the membership can be paid from an HSA or FSA; its terms say the monthly membership fee is not a covered benefit under most plans, including those accounts (Mochi terms). Prescribed medication generally qualifies, as our cost guide explains.

Refunds. Partly used periods are refunded only at Mochi's discretion and never for a month in which you saw a provider; medication is non-refundable once sent to the pharmacy, and the refund page calls all prescription sales final (Mochi refunds). Mochi's terms also describe referral credits toward the membership, not available in Florida.

Before you pay

  1. Ask for the medication price at the dose you are likely to reach, and at the pharmacy that will fill it.
  2. Decide how long you expect to stay before choosing a prepaid membership; prepaid months are not refunded.
  3. Ask whether the brand drug, at Lilly's or Novo Nordisk's cash price, would cost you much more over a year.
  4. If you are prescribed a compounded drug, ask what patient-specific reason the prescriber will document.

Frequently asked questions

+How much is Mochi Health per month?

A membership plus your medication. On October 10, 2026 the membership was $79 month to month (new patients were offered $39 for the first month) or $49 to $69 a month when prepaid for 3 to 12 months. Compounded semaglutide cost $60 to $99 a month and compounded tirzepatide $90 to $199 by dose, so the month-to-month total was about $139 to $178 for semaglutide and $169 to $278 for tirzepatide.

+How much is Mochi compounded tirzepatide?

Mochi prices it by weekly dose: $90 at 2.2 mg, $119 at 4.4 mg, $144 at 6.6 mg, $174 at 8.8 mg, $184 at 11.24 mg, $194 at 13.2 mg and $199 at 16.6 mg a month, shipping included, per its August 2026 table. The membership is billed on top. Mochi says the exact price depends on your dose and the pharmacy that fills it.

+How much does compounded semaglutide cost at Mochi?

From $60 a month at 0.22 mg weekly to $99 at 2.67 mg in Mochi's August 2026 table, plus the membership; the product page also lists 4.5 and 6.48 mg doses that the table does not price. A once-weekly compounded semaglutide pill started at $62. Mochi's new-patient offer put the first month of injectable semaglutide at $99 including membership.

+How much is the Mochi membership?

$79 for one month, $207 for three months, $354 for six or $588 for twelve, paid up front for the term. With qualifying insurance, the Covered With Mochi plan costs $119 for six months or $199 for twelve, and provider visits are billed to your insurance with the copay shown first. The membership does not include medication.

+Will insurance cover Mochi?

Partly. On the insured plan, provider visits are billed to insurance, and Mochi's team handles prior authorizations for brand GLP-1 drugs on your formulary. Compounded medications and the membership itself are paid in cash. Mochi also helps Medicare Part D enrollees apply for the temporary GLP-1 Bridge.

+Can I use my HSA or FSA at Mochi?

Mochi's FAQ says yes for the membership, but its terms say the monthly membership fee is not a covered benefit under most health plans, including HSA and FSA accounts. Prescribed medication is generally a qualified medical expense; keep an itemized receipt and check the membership with your plan administrator.

+How much do peptide treatments cost at Mochi?

Sermorelin injections started at $199 a month and NAD+ injections at $135 on October 10, 2026, with an NAD+ nasal spray from $83 and an NAD+ cream from $54, each plus the membership. Those are starting prices; Mochi did not publish prices at other doses.

+Does Mochi give refunds?

Rarely. Its terms say partly used subscription periods are not refunded except at Mochi's discretion, never for a month in which you saw a provider, and medication fees are non-refundable once an order is sent to the pharmacy. Its refund page says all prescription sales are final.
